Cancellation Policy

 

We understand that special circumstances are unavoidable and a cancellation may be necessary. We may require a credit card

in order to reserve an appointment. If you find yourself unable to keep an appointment, we request at least 24 hours notice.

This courtesy enables us to schedule another client and, in turn, maintains a highter availability of services for you as well as

others.

 

Kindly arrive on time for your appointment to ensure full service. If you are late we will do everything we can to accomodate,

however we may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled for.

 

Service Satisfaction Policy


In the event you are not satisfied with your service please contact us within 72 hours to schedule a "redo" service. Redo

services are scheduled exactly like regular appointments and are provided at no charge. Your redo service will be scheduled

with the same stylist who provided the original service. No refunds are given for services.


Retail Return Policy


We take great pride in our reputation for quality products. For any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, please return

product for exchange within 5 days of purchase. We do not provide cash back.
